Staming with Gesso + Grungy Mixed Media Tags – Video Tutorial

I’m sharing the making some grungy mixed media tags today over on my YouTube channel. I had so much fun to create them. To create textured I stamped the background with gesso, that creates a nice effect when you go on top with watercolors. Abstract Mixed Media Collages in my Art Journal – Video Tutorial

I’m creating two spreads today in my mini collage art journal. I often do this when I want to get rid of my left over collage scraps. I am glueing the papers down intuitively and add different mark makings on top with stamps, crayons and posca markers.
