In today’s video I am creating a mixed media art journal page in my watercolor journal from Kunst & Papier. I’m making a collage background first and add color with the water-soluble Neocolor crayons. For my main images I am using my Textured Birds stamp set together with a gelli print. Mixed Media Collage in my Art Journal – Video Tutorial
I’m creating a spreads today in my cheap sketchpad from Action. I often do this when I want to get rid of my left over collage scraps. I am glueing the papers down intuitively and add different mark makings on top with stamps, crayons and posca markers. Staming with Gesso + Grungy Mixed Media Tags – Video Tutorial
I’m sharing the making some grungy mixed media tags today over on my YouTube channel. I had so much fun to create them. To create textured I stamped the background with gesso, that creates a nice effect when you go on top with watercolors.
