Art Journaling for Beginners – Stabilo Woodys and Neocolor Crayons

Hi everyone! If you are a beginner in art journaling and you might not have many supplies, or you are wondering which supplies to start with, this video is for you. We are creating a spread in a handmade mixed media art journal using collage and watercolor crayons such as Stabilo Woodys or Neocolors. In addition to that I am using a simple stencil and some of our stamps (available at rubberdance.com).

Wenn du gerade startest und noch nicht so viele Materialien hast, oder dich fragst womit du am besten starten sollst, dann ist dies das perfekte Video für dich. Wir gestalten eine Seite in einem selbstgemachten Mixed Media Art Journal mit Collage und Aquarellkreiden. For the background collage I used some old book papers and a gelli print. If you don’t have a gelli print handy you can use just any pattern paper you have at home. You can even paint it yourself if you like to. I will give you a list of the materials at the end of the post. I will also note done some alternatives to Stabilo Woodys.

Für die Hintergrundcollage verwende ich alte Buchseiten und einen Geldruck. Wenn du keine Gelli Plate hast, kannst du jedes beliebige gemusterte Papier verwenden oder dir selbst eines bunt bemalen. Am Ende vom Post findest du eine Liste mit allen Materialen. Ich nenne auch einige Alternativen zu Stabilo Woodys.
