Hi everybody! Today I am sharing an art journaling tutorial in my Action journal. I am creating a mixed media collage with Neocolors and some stamps. For my focal image I used stamps from my Pencil Marks 4 and Pencil Marks 8 stamp set. There is a tutorial available for YouTube members on how I made it.
