Hi everybody! I’d like to share some abstract watercolor paintings, that I’ve put up into our online shop. I love playing with watercolors a lot! I so enjoy seeing the pigments moving on their own, making textures and shapes. I am not a fan of traditional watercolor painting, don’t get me wrong, I love looking at it, but I don’t enjoy the process myself.
What I enjoy about making art is always the fun I have doing it. If there is no joy, I don’t wanna do it. It took me a lot of years to learn that!!! I always thought I should make the work that I like myself… yes, that is true on one hand, but not all of the art I like (and that’s a lot), I enjoy making. So when it comes to watercolor painting, this is what makes it fun for me.
The following paintings are all up for sale in our online shop! They are either on watercolor paper (300g/m²) or watercolor board. I used watercolors and mixed media. They ship unframed and signed on the back.
