On today’s art journal page I used a digital printable to add some collaging to the background. The paper is free for you to download over on my website. I also used some old book pages and one of my cleaning sheets (papers where I clean my brushes and such).

Today I’m sharing a mixed media canvas with a collage background. I used Gelatos to add more colour to the page. My flowers are stamped on watercolor paper and coloured in with watercolors.. My main images are the Crazy Flowers stamps from Rubber Dance.

Yesterday I uploaded two free digital collage papers to my website. I used one of them in my Traveler’s Notebook Junk Journal Insert.

Today I’m creating a very easy and quickly made art journal page with an acrylic paint background. It’s perfect for beginners and a good recipe to create other pages in a similar way. It’s time for a new mixed media collage in my envelope art journal using left over papers, old book pages and some watercolor flower paintings. I really love that intuitive play in my journal and also the fact that those beautiful flowers don’t have to lay in the shelf forever.

It’s time for another easy art journal page tutorial in my 6 x 6 watercolor journal. I am working with limited supplies and this spread is perfect for beginners. You just need some left over papers, any watersoluble crayon, gesso (or white acrylic paint) and some stamps.

I made myself a new insert for my Travelers Notebook. I used the Clairfontaine 60gsm paper. To decorate the pages I used old book pages, patterned papers, some stamps and touches of watercolor.
