Mixed Media Tags with Gouache Background – Video Tutorial

Hi there! At first I’d like to mention, that you don’t need gouache paints to create these tags. The background can be painted with watercolors, too. My tags today are very colorful and combined with some dies from Tim Holtz and different stamps.

DIY – Art Journal – Handmade Book from an Envelope

Today I have an easy diy art journal for you. All you need is an envelope and some papers for the inside pages. I am using a Tyvek envelope, as it’s tear-proof and can stand water really well. I am shipping my stamps in them, so if you have one, don’t throw it away. For the inside pages I am using some of my gelli printed papers (printed onto 120gsm printer paper). Becaus of the envelope you also get a pocket in the inside of your back cover. That is perfect to store some ephemera.
