I’m creating some mixed media collage tags today using some of my gelli prints I made last week. I combine them with some of my beautiful new Sketchy Flowers. Those are stamped to watercolor paper and colored in very loosely with watercolors.

For this spread I used waterproof ink to sketch the flower first and then I went in with my watercolors. I used Mijello Mission Gold watercolors as those are very transparent and I wanted to make sure not to cover up the ink lines. You can really easily fit this into a busy day. It’s a 5 min Sketch in the morning and 5min of coloring in the evening. Et voilá… it’s a pretty painting.
