Today I am sharing an art journaling tutorial in my Action journal. I am creating a page with watercolors, stencil textured, mark making and collage fodder. I am playing with my Dotted stencil and stamps from Mix It Up 7, Pencil Marks 7, Pencil Marks 8 and Pencil Marks 4.
