Today I’m sharing a video tutorial on how I made this lovely Traveler’s Notebook Cover from cotton fabric. It’s a really easy method to create an art journal. I used mixed media paper to make the inserts.

I’m working in my handmade journal today creating more of a grungy page using mainly Distress Oxides. For the stamping I am using lots of mixed media stamps and one of the Inky Moths from Rubber Dance for the main image.

I’m sharing a mixed meida art journal collage today using my Happy Place stamp set. I also used Neocolor II Crayons to add colors.

Today I am sharing a double spread using the embossing resist technique together with Distress Inks. I am using the Rubber Dance Textured Sea Creatures and Textured Fishes to embellish the page.

I have two pages to share today, that I’ve made for my handmade journal that I made a few weeks ago. For the background I’ve used Distress Inks and stamps from my Happy Place stamp set for the focal images.

Welcome to a new mixed media tutorial. I’m playing in one of my handmade art journals today using mainly acrylic paints. I create kind of a messy background. It’s really intuitive and easy. My main image is one of my new wildflower stamps. I used it together with the Mixed Media Marks stamp set.

Today I am sharing another page in my new handmade journal. I shared the making of the journal last sunday. I created the background with Distress Inks and used some Mushrooms as the focal point. I really like this littel forest scene.

I played in my Dina Wakley Media Journal using the Stabilo Woodys. I did this totally intuitive and had a lot of fun.
