Today I am sharing a perfect art journal page for beginners. All you need is some gesso, Neocolor II Crayons, some stamps and permanent stamping ink. The process is really relaxing and super easy. The stamps I’m using are the Rubber Dance Flowers Gone Wild and Mixed Media Marks.

I’m creating another mixed media collage in my handmade junk art journal today using some watercolor painted leaves. I create the background with acrylic paints and black and white gesso. I create texture with the Rubber Dance Mixed Media Marks stamp set.

Today I’m sharing an artist trading card (ATC) tutorial. I used scrapbooking paper for my base and covered it with acrlyic paints. I use a stencil and stamps to create texture on the background. My main images are flower stamps embossed and colored in with watercolors. (Embossing Resist Technique). I used one of my new stamp sets (ATC Backsides) to make the backside of the ATCs. So I can add my name and a short description with materials.

Today I am sharing kind of a whimsical art journal page using some of my free printables. I am creating mainly with acrylic paints and oil pastels. Of course I also use some stamping to create more interest on the art work. As it’s Friday today you will also find a new free printable collage paper.

I’m creating a more intuitive page today with Neocolor Crayons and Derwent Inktense Pencils. I adhered also some collage papers that I have painted before. I have some free collage papers for you do download and print linked up.

This page is super easy. I used my junk art journal page with different papers inside (nothing special) together with Neocolor II Crayons and watercolors. My main image is one of the Flowers Gone Wild stamps. I really enjoyed the process, as it’s very loose and intuitive.

I’m sharing a new art journaling tutorial today using mainly Acrylics for the background. To stamp the flower arrangement I used the masking technique. I stamped the flower to my cardstock and also to a post it note. Then I masked off the flower with the post it note and stamped the leaves around.
