Art Journal Page – Distress Inks Smooshing – Video Tutorial

Hi everybody! I’m sharing an art journal tutorial today using one of my favourite techniques to create a background. I am using stencils together with Distress Inks. By layering up different patterns you can create depth and interest. I’m combining the background with stamps from our new Mix It Up 5 & Mix It Up 6 stamps sets. My focal images on this page are some leaves from Pencil Marks 2 and a Butterfly stamp.

Hallo zusammen. Heute zeige ich wieder eine Seite im Art Journal vom Action. Für den Hintergrund verwende ich eine meiner Lieblingstechniken. Distress Inks mit Schablonen. Durch das Schichten der verschiedenen Muster erhält man einen interessanten Hintergrund. Ich kombiniere diesen noch mit einem Stempelmotive aus den neuen Mix It Up 5 und Mix It Up 6 Stempelsets. Das Hauptmotiv gestalte ich mit Blättern aus Pencil Marks 2 Set und einem Schmetterling von dem Grungy Butterflies Set.
