Let’s Sketch Birds – using Watercolors, Markers & Colored Pencils

Instead of a flower painting tutorial I am sharing some bird sketches today. I am using drawing ink to sketch these birds. For coloring I am using watercolors, markers and colored pencils.

Make your own Stickers – Gelli Printed Labels

Today I am printing some round label stickers with my gelli plate. They are great for mixed media projects, your planner or bullet journal and many other papercrafts. All you need are some label sheets for the printer and your gelli plate.

Loose Watercolor Flower – Video Tutorial

I love to paint loose and sketchy flowers with watercolors. I believe this is something everybody can do without having much knowledge about watercolor painting. For this spread I used waterproof ink to sketch the flower first and then I went in with my watercolors. Art Journal Page with Gelli Print Collage – Video Tutorial

I made an art journal page with a collage background using scraps from my gelli prints. This is a great way to get rid of them. You can combine and experiment with different colors and shapes which will create amazing variations of mixed media backgrounds.
