Mixed Media Collage Art Journal Page – Video Tutorial

In today’s video I am using handmade collage papers to creat a quick Collage in my art journal. I am using a cheap sketchpad from Action together with stamps and a lot of mark makings. A few weeks ago I shared a video on how I make some of my collage papers. You will find it here. Heute habe ich wieder eine Collage im Aquarelljournal für Euch. Ich verwende einen einfachen Skizzenbock vom Action zusammen mit selbst bemalten Collage Papieren und einem Stempel als Hauptmotiv. Mixed Media ATCs – Video Tutorial

In today’s video I am creating two easy artist trading cards with one collage paper . My collage paper is a simple left over paint paper. When I am painting with acrylics I use a simple piece of paper as my paint pallete. On this paper I am cleaning my brushes, stamps and tools. Further I make marks with the left over paint. These kind of papers are the best to use for collage.

Heute habe zwei ATCs für euch. Ich verwende dazu ein Collage Papier, das aus Farbresten entstanden ist. Als Palette für Acrylfarben verwende ich meist ein einfaches Papier. Auf diesem male ich Pinsel sauber, stempele überschüssig Tinte ab und reinige sonstige Tools. Solche Papiere eignen sich prima für Collagen.

Abstract Mixed Media Art Journal Page – Video Tutorial

Today I’m sharing an abstract art video tutorial. I love to create abstract mixed media pages in my journals. As they usually have some drying times inbetween I used to work in more journals at the same time. For this page I used mainly Acrlyics, Neocolor II Crayons and a watercolor pencil. To create more texture and markmakings I used a stamp from the Pencil Marks 2 set, pastel pencil and Posca paint markers.

Heute möchte ich euch eine abstrakte Mixed Media Seite im Art Journal zeigen. Ich kreiere unheimlich gerne solche Seiten, da man dabei ganz prima Farbkombinationen und Kompositionen testen kann. Für diese Seite habe ich hauptsächlich Acrylfarben verwendet. Kombiniert habe ich das ganze mit Neocolor II Kreiden und einem Aquarellbuntstift. Mit einem Stempel aus dem Pencil Marks 2 Set, einem Pastellstift und verschiedenen Posca Paint Markern kamen noch einige Markmakings hinzu.

Mixed Media Tags with the new Stamps

I’d like to share some mixed media tags that I’ve made with a lot of my new stamp designs. I created a big masterpiece from watercolor paper and cut it into tags. In the next step I added texture and shapes with stamps from the Mixed Media Marks, Carved Collections and Pencil Marks. The focal images are leaves from the Sketchy Leaves stamps set.

Heute möchte ich euch einige gestempelte Mixed Media Tags zeigen. Verwendet habe ich dafür ein großes Blattpapier, welches ich mit Aquarellfarben und -stiften bemalt habe. Aus diesem wurden die Tags gestanzt. Diese habe ich dann ganz fleißig in mehreren Layern bestempelt. Als Hauptmotiv kamen die Blätter aus meinem Sketchy Leaves Stempelset zum Einsatz.

Today I’m sharing an abstract art video tutorial. I love to create abstract mixed media pages in my journals.
